Anyone got any decent recommendation for a piece of free software to convert video to animated gifs, that actually works? Tried Konvertor, and it didn't.

And yes, if you're wondering, I'm making a message board avatar / myspace picture. Incidentally, I think That Fucking Tank's picture is pretty cool.
