Some of you may remember my concerns about suffering from narcolepsy. As luck would have it, I most certainly am.
I blatantly fell asleep during training last week, and only woke up when my head fell forward.
Also, I have now discoverd that the sleep paralysis that I first began to encounter 10 years ago is a typical symptom of narcolepsy.
Fucking brilliant, eh?
Any suggestions for staying awake?
