Okay, so it's 2008 and convenience is king, but I'm a little perplexed by the whole drive-through thing.

I can see why they'd appeal if you were a hard bitten Los Angeles homicide detective with an estranged wife and a drink problem, obviously you'd be a busy guy so fair enough.

But, I frequently see people using the drive-through who then park up in the customer parking bays and eat in their vehicles. So, you haven't saved any time seeing as you could have just eaten in the 'restaurant' (and I use that word in the loosest sense) and now your car smells of burgers.

It all seems a bit silly, like this thread.
