I found out last week that an ex-girlfriend still has my life covered on her work insurance policy. Now, i'm fairly certain she doesn't have any designs on bumping me off, but how can this be? We were living together when the policy was taken out but I never signed any paperwork agreeing to it. Apparently my signature wasn't needed.

Well that was 4 years ago and we've been split up for nearly 2. Surely this policy can't still be valid? If it is then you could just go around getting life insurances policies on anybody you wanted before brutally murdering them.

Any info appreciated. As i said, i don't think my life is endanger but when someone tells you, even jokingly, that "You're worth more to me dead!" it really gets you thinking.
