They'd invariably end up at the same bus stop / bus / place I was and I'd be liek "oh shit" but then instead of stabbing or killering me, they'd just launch at me in a really wussy slappy-weak-punch-sulk fight way

And thus it'd turn from being really sinister into just inconvenient...It'd be like "Oh shit, him again...[mmmmmnnnnnyyyeugh slapslap,gentlepush,slap] OH FUCK OFF then they'd run away and I'd think "what a shitty nemesis"
