I have to admit that I really enjoy puffing on a cancer stick, but the other day I started running up the stairs and realised how out of breathe I was. So now, it's like 12:56am, and I am completly DYING for a cigarette, but I've made this decision to try and quit, for the past week. I am armed with many patches, comfort food, chewing gum, beer and er DiS. The main objective of ths pointess thread is does anyone have any idea how to FUCKING QUIT?! THIS IS FUCKING INSANE!
