i went the bristol university gym as i like to do when its quiet at 4 in the afternoon.
i was running on a funny old machine for about 20 mins when i got this terrible pain in my tummy
so i ran to the changing room and there was really really sick.
this isnt the first time ive been sick after hardcore exercise.
could i be lactose intolerant? too much lactic acid at once??
ideas please :D
