He keeps a room downstairs for himself, and comes & goes at all hours, for no obvious reason (the room's near-empty). I was having tea the other night around 1am and he emerged from his room to go to the loo. Wtf. He keeps another room empty "for storage". We're not allowed anyone to stay over "because it's actually the law, you know", and he just knocked on my door to tell me that someone left the grill pan dirty last night and it was left like that all night and oh noes we might get ants. He didn't want a deposit, I haven't signed a contract, yet he just kicked someone out after extensive detective work revealed she'd faked a reference. He's currently hoovering outside my room so I can't go out. What's going on?
