Some guy had passed out on the steps to my building when I went out for a cig, next to a bottle of fucking champion white cider. About 8 or 9 people were stood around him staring, not helping, just forming a crescent of voyeurism. They must have been there minimum 10 minutes, just standing. It was weird, like a Kubrick film. I'd like to think I would have helped, but I recognised the guy from the times where he sat on the bench at the end of my road and viciously heckled everyone who passed by. I'm not sure why so many people just watched though. Either do something or move on, right?
