I have a few cookbooks but they are still in storage from my last move. Does anyone know of any good websites with recipes as I am having a friend over this week and want to cook something that isn't pasta?

Alternatively, tell me your suggestions for things to cook that don't need too many ridiculous ingredients and aren't that difficult or time-consuming.
