ONLY WITHOUT THE MANCHESTER UNITEDS REFERENCE?
i.e ABSOLUUUUUUUUUTE BOLLOCKS.
Yesterday's was hilarious. They didn't put the flood barrier up until the last minute. And Carlyle's character rang someone and said "GET IN THE CAR AND GET AS FAR AWAY FROM LONDON AS POSSIBLE"...when the flooding was only in a limited area around the Thames. I think Watford would have been OK, to be honest.
and then we would have had a party round my house.
wasn;t this in the cinema last summer, round about the time of all the floods and it just tanked.
that they put up the floodline number at the end of the programme last night!
It made me laugh... a lot. :D
"dont make me bring michael fish into things at this juncture"
I saw a test screening of this ages ago. It was absolutely terrible.
In the Q&A session at the end they asked us for our impressions, and everybody seemed to say it was alright, not great. I tore into it, pointing out nonsensical plotlines, terrible writing, even worse acting, dodgy science, and the poor production values (if it was being made for TV I could understand, but it was supposed to be in line for a cinema release).
Then the lady said, "Well, I don't really know if we need any more feedback... unless the director wants to ask any questions?"
The guy had been sitting behind me the whole time! Still, he did a terrible job. Somebody needed to be honest.
