I pre-ordered 2 White Lies singles.

Email confirmation stated that i had ordered two and that two had been paid for.

I get a dispatch email saying this:

-- so, considering i ordered them both at the same time, it happened to sell out after i purchased the first one? Really, is this a joke?

So i've only got one. I've been charged for both and i haven't been refunded.

I've tried emailing them but it bounces straight back. Will try and ring up but aren't they in the middle of moving stores?
