Please don't wear those white plimsolls, nowadays :(. It makes you look like a clown.
Except I could argue that people should be free to dress how they please but in this case I wont.
What shoes should I get? I really want this pair of beetle boots but they're £75 and I have VERY little moneys at the moment, and a holiday coming up at the end of may.
Alternatively, I could get a pair of greenflash trainers for like a 3rd of the price. Are they way not cool anymore or something? I don't know what else to get.
I'M NOT GETTING SLIP ON VANS.
boating shoes - sperrys
^my shoe wishlist
Clothes either look or they don't. If they look good then they've always look good. If they look bad then they've always looked bad.
Fashion or what other people are wearing should be entirely irrelavent to your clothing choices.
they're only 5 quid
I don't know what to think anymore :(
I wanna get some greenflash cos they're pretty cheap and look alright, but if nobs wear them i don't wanna be associated with that.
I want my beetle boots instead :(
just buy them.best shoes ever
Those white, lace-up pumps are a classic design! This sort of thing should be encouraged in the face of horrible tracksuits and poorly-designed modern sportswear. What exactly is wrong with a simple, traditional white tennis shoe? Far, far more attractive and better-designed than those awful trainers with bits of plastic stuck all over them!
And this from a man not only advocating something fairly similar (with the addition of a thicker sole and green detailing), but also entertaining the possibility of sporting that most ostentatious shoe - the Beatle Boot!
they're cheap, comfortable, and when they fall apart you buy another pair.
Going out and gigs seems to ruin my shoes pretty quickly, so choice of a decent pair of shoes that will last a month or two - or for the same money half a dozen pairs of cheap and cheerful plimsoles.
although i rarely wear them, i can see why people would.
but my current pair(s) are pretty much grey, with splotches of snakebite pink (thanks afterskool!)
i HATE clean shoes. have to go and jump in a puddle or walk the dog or something first...
were £2 in primark, they're incredibly comfy and I don't care if I ruin them. I love them.
I fucking hate pointy shoes!! They just make me angry.
in terms of idiots wearing them
vans old skools ftw!
So fuck you
Also, you're 17. Whilst I'm aware it's lame to use a person's age 'against' them, I'm also all too aware that the fashion-related bleatings off a 17 year old aren't exactly anything to pay credence to
You probably spend all your money on clothes that are aimed at 17 year olds, you massive doofus.
Anyway, be quiet
so shut up, yeah!?!?
I don't wear them because my taste in footwear is totally incredible, but I can see why people would.
they look women look like they're wearing their boyfriend's shoes
but i AM poor. and i have been poor for my whole life. They only cost ten pounds. so. yeah.
On Brick Lane
buy black plimsolls instead.
