*Ghost ride the whip (why can't Bromley, Kent be a bit more like Oakland, California?)*
preface: Ghost-riding, frequently used in the context of "ghost-riding the whip" (a "whip" being a vehicle) or simply ghostin', is when a person puts the car in drive or allows it to idle and then the driver (and passengers) of a vehicle exit while it is still rolling and dance beside it or on the hood or roof. Ghost riding is one of the latest trends to be popularized by hyphy culture, which originated in Oakland, California.
Everyone loves to ghost ride their own or their friend's whip from time to time aint nothing wrong with that. Good harmless fun it is: you know when you're driving in your car/SUV/pick-up and decide to step outside for a while, yes, whilst you're moving......

I wish people here would Ghost Ride their or their friend's whips from time to time. Maybe we could organise little Ghost Ridin street parties for the whole neighbourhood to enjoy. I can't help but think we could learn ourselves a lot from our African American brethren.
