Originally it was
Between 2 - 4
Then 8 - 10
Then 15 - 20
Now its 0 - 1
This does not include drinking, just hope u go the same pattern as me :D
how long was the 15-20 phase?
Wait untill u have a smokers cough for 4months and then u should reach my stage :)
anything up to 10 on the weekend
at the moment im not smoking everyday. tring to cut back.
only it's making me smoke more :(
but had a roll up today....when im at school i never do it...bearing in mind i sleep at school. for weeks.....because im so pre-occupied...i may smoke when im drinking on a saturday, but not too much.
that when the cravings tend to kick in, when I drink I smoke up to 10 over a night, thats not bad compared to it once being more around 30
unfortunately even more on a night out.
i miss being able to run.
0-4 on a weekend.
My life expectancy is probably low
10-20 at the weekend. more spare time. less things to do with my hands. wink wink.
