Okay, so I'm starting a yoga class tommorrow. I am so unfit and have no idea what to expect.
Anyone do yoga?
What do I wear? What kind of shoes will I need? They said to bring a mat, would a blanket or something cover this or do I need something more specialised?
How energetic will it be? Will it tone me up? Will it be hard work?
I don't think I want to go anymore.
