that pub beginning with a 'h'?
How very bizarre. The Rocket is good if you want peanuts and a VK Apple (the only time I went in there my friend ordered this and blamed 'Durham nostalgia' not good).
King's Cross isn't good for food that I've ever found and nor is it near much that is good.
it's dramatic how much they are doing to it. about bloody time.
There's the Driver (good pub food)
Good Italian just by Subway
Big Chill does nice food
A couple of cheap oriental places on Caledonian Road
A new place called Kitchen which is a multi-ethnic-food buffet
But my real advice would be walk to Angel and go to the Angelic, their food is awesome and you can get scrupmy jack on tap... it's not too far from Kings Cross as it's on the right side of Angel.
Cheap noodle action, eh? Hopefully GOOD noodles, though?
It will fill a hole but it essentially slop in an environ that will make you question whether humanity needs to continue on earth.
Yum Yums is good (opposite Tesco) but it's tiny so you may not get a table.
and want a really nice meal: ACORN HOUSE. Mmm.
Just down and round the corner from the Water Rats. Thai green curry mae with sweet potato and lychees. The best food I've ever had in a pub, Nice beer and ambience too.
