flying to Amsterdam tomorrow with my girlfriend for our first holiday together. basicccccallly just looking for exciting things to do that won't be mentioned in the traditional tourist sources.

we do want to absorb some culture while we're there, but equally we are looking to get quite messy, so any suggestions would be most welcome!
