I'm thinking of buying some, I need new trainers and they are dead cheap!

*Are they any good?
*What is a typical price to pay for a pair?
*Where do you normally buy then from?
*How are they for sizes? I'm a size 9 usually but sometimes I think I'd fit an 8.
*Are they quite roomy?
