Do you usually give them a final answer or just not contact them if they're unsuccesful.

I've had about 9 interviews in the last 6 weeks and have gotten 2 responses. And one of those was after 3 phone calls.

I'm waiting on an interview from last wednesday and they said we'll let you know by the weekend, haven't heard so I'm assuming I didn't get it, but it would also be nice, well actually polite, to get a response.

How hard is it to pick up the phone, they said they would.
