I'm having some kind of weird attack and I'm just wondering if other people get them 'cos I've had them before.

Basically it started with a headache and feeling hot and now I feel kind of disconnected from my body and utterly unsure whether anything's real or imagined. Dreams, TV shows and real life are all sort of scrambled in my head and I can kind of remember fragments but can't focus on what's from where and what's real or isn't. I'm not even entirely sure I'm typing this.

Anyway, is this entirely unusual or relatively common? Think I'll open a window and take some Paracetamol...
