Has anyone else seen this advertised? Its out here (by here I mean in Manchester) in early April, they had a trailer for it in the cinema today.
I felt guilty just sitting there. Its a French (who'd have guessed from the thread title?) coming-of-age drama about some 15 year old girls living in a Parisian suburb. They're into synchronised swimming.
So basically there are a lot of very young, blossoming girls flirting wildly with one another in their swimming costumes. Is this barely-legal intellectual porn? Ot can you put that on hold?
It looked quite good, but would you be able to watch a film like this and analyse it without once thinking, "she is very, very attractive" and then immediately think, "Am I a pervert?"? Its treacherous ground.
I'll probably still watch it.
