OH MY! Arrested Development

Hahaharoldramis [Edit] [Delete] 15:54, 25 March '08

Ok, i never got around to watching this and, to be completely honest, after starting on it recently, i only thought it was REALLY GREAT until today where i have finally realised that it is a work of INSANE GENIUS. I'm nearing the end of season 2...

Tobias has started dressing up as the most ridiculous English nanny called Mrs Featherbottom and thinks that people don't know it's him (?!?!?!)

Buster's just had his hand bitten off by a seal wearing a bow tie and is currently shouting "IM A MONSTER" and tearing away at the curtains (?!!?!?!)

Maeby is skipping school to work as a movie executive (?!?!?!)

That little emotional piano jingle whenever Oscar makes a subtle reference to being Buster's real dad has played about a thousand times and i have laughed every single time (?!?!?!)

Gob has popped up with the most hilarious looking black puppet i've ever seen (see my profile pic) (?!?!?!?)

Barry Zuckerkorn (aka Henry Winkler aka Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzerelli) has literally jumped over a shark (the one they thought was the seal that had bit off buster's hand), making this one of the greatest and most subtle "jumping the shark" Happy Days/tv shows in decline reference of all time. Maybe not, but i laughed a lot (?!?!?!?!)

I've just watched an episode where Michael and Tobias say "ancient chinese secret, huh?" together, which may or may not be a reference to Wayne's World or indeed the ad that Wayne's World parodied. I don't care, it made me laugh a lot because it reminded me of WW (?!?!?!)

Ron "Richie Cunningham" Howard himself does the narration (?!?!?!)

etc. etc.

It is riddled with amazingness and could well be in my top 5 shows of all time. If you haven't seen it, you're an absolute rocket who needs to see it! More AD love... What's your favourite bit?
