Ever had one?
Every day is a life changing experience, and THAT is FUCKING DEEP.
I should have my own final thought like Springer.
Except she didn't really have much of a 'final' thought.
Just a load of thoughts.
But those are all pretty boring and didn't actually change my life all that dramatically.
I guess my dad leaving and remarrying was the most life changing occurance to happen to me, but it was a long time ago now and again, doesn't make for a very interesting story.
across the country when i was 5 was the biggest
next time i move will probably be the next biggest
moving to a new country twice did change things dramatically. but nothing more exciting than that, that i can think of anyway
and managing to stop a kid who decided to jump off the chairlift I was working on from bleeding to death after a head/pylon interface.
Then right at the end of the season working at the top of the highest lift on the mountain and realising I had the best 'office view' in the world and just feeling uniquely relaxed about everything. the only time I've ever felt zen like calm!
have been life changing. But in subtle ways that you aren't necessarily aware of at the time.
1. Seeing ATDI-I on Jools Holland when i was 14.
2. Getting stoned for the first time whilst on my break from work experience aged 15
3. Watching the Bill Hicks 'Relentless' DVD aged 16.
Genuinely life changing, however cliched they might sound.
that said, it did watch the Pet Shop Boys once, does that count?
by going to Dachau was important to me
but i guess that's more lucky to have been found rather than life-changing.
Probably coming out to my parents
