Anyone fancy watching this zombie filled nonsense tonight in London? Oh go on.
(must be in a cinweworldO
but NEITHER of the odeons within walking distance of my flat are showing it. despite the holloway road one having a poster for it in the "coming soon" section for the last few weeks. bastards.
Not so much of an out and out frightfest like other recent zombie movies, but, a comment on media, society and the internetz.
twas ok. The whole cinema groaned when the clock went back for the 4th or 5th time, which was quite amusing.
I want to see Diary of the Dead.
on video. The big where they hide in the supply closet as fire races down the tunnel is still one of the worst things ever.
when I enter a tunnel, just incase.
pissed me off.
It was presumably so incomprehensible that a film would try a slightly different narrative structure for a change.
I thought it worked really well.
but then i read a load of bad reviews. tell me they were wrong?
it would be, but I reckon it's worth a watch fo' sure.
and done in a really heavy-handed way.
I was really hoping for a more straight-up zombie/gore film...
I still enjoyed it though!
Let's get the Fox involved
but the chances of convincing my girlfriend are slim and virtually everyone else I know in my area is currently married to their degree and dissertation. Maybe I'll just go on my own.
boo. boo to you. boo to you all.
so who is actually coming then?
i'm not sure going to wood green is the best cure.
plus, you can laugh at my woeful weekend.
UPDATES AS THEY HAPPEN
so what's happening?
and come along. Don't make me tell him again.
