I stupidly agreed to go to this PAs networking dinner thingy tonight which is being held in a consultant's OFFICES in Blackfriars. Not a swanky eatery or anything. And now I really don't want to go. I'd rather clean my oven! :-\

But I'm meant to be there in 1.5 hours.

Letting people down at the last minute is pretty lame - but it's not like they're my friends or anything.

Disadvantages: being stuck in a room with pretty annoying folk for at least three hours.

Advantages: free food.

I agreed to go because I may need to change job at some point soon. But I'm pretty sure I don't want to work for consultants...
