Can someone explain to me why some massive twatfarm at ticketweb thought it would be a good idea to remove all phone contact numbers to them from their website, and replace it with a cumbersome and repetitive question database, complete with lots of forms to fill out? It's quite simple, guys, my Mars Volta tickets haven't arrived, and I want them. I do not want to be told to be patient and that they will be dispatched very soon, because the gig is on Friday, and if I don't have a ticket by Thursday morning, I am not going to be able to get in. So if your sodding little database can get that into it's thick electronic skull and actually help me instead of trying to placate me (and making me more angry in the process), I'd be extremely happy.
