Who here watches what they eat? How do you feel as a result of this? Primarily, I'm talking to people who try to eat reasonably well, but do little exercise
I eat pretty badly. Not like, awful - but I don't really pay any attention to what I eat. But I just ate this grilled steak and melted cheese thing for lunch and I think I can feel my arteries slowly clogging
Or if, like me, you throw caution to the wind and treat every meal as if it were your last, how do you feel about it? Got any plans to take it easy and hit the salads any time soon?
