Day off work = Lazing about watching Channel 4 all morning. Seems today is gay morning: Will & Grace, Gay to Z, My Big Gay Prom.
Gay To Z was a look at a handful of queer teenagers and how their parents took their coming outs. Comings out? Whatever.
Big Gay Prom is about group of queer teenagers trying to arrange a big gay pr-oh you get the idea.
Every single person has been a cardboard cutout stereotype of a camp/butch gay teen. The message has seemingly been "it's ok to be yourself". Fuck me, if I was a confused teenager I'd be scared shitless. Why are documentary makers utterly incapable of plonking someone in these programmes that don't mince about causing drama?
