Slight exaggeration there as I do sleep for a good few hours every night, but it takes forever before I actually fall asleep... I've been going to bed between midnight and 1 and not fallen asleep until 3-4. And then I wake up earlier than I normally do. IT SUCKS. I feel tired all the time.
There must be some insomniacs on here, any tips, is there anything I can do at all?
