Everything hurts.
Neck, back, shoulders - way too much time on the computer at work is making my body scream at me. I've barely touched it most evenings this week too.
You know what rice krispies sound like? That's what my body sounds like when I streeeeeeetch.
So, recommend me some exercises to sort it out please.
Alternatively, offers of massages gladly welcomed. Not hurty ones though.
