also everyone remeber it's mothers day this weekend!
i've been making my mums card today.
i listen to the smiths to cheer myself up, instead. they sound like happy fellows.
pretty sure everyone does.
but it doesn't make you feel less crap
and listen to music very loud.
Also, SHIT! I forgot about Mother's Day
Bad day - get drunk
Missing my girlfriend - get drunk
Spurs lose - get drunk
Then when you feel bad because of the hangover, get drunk some more. SIMPLE.
that reminds you of the wonderfulness of life.
or alternately, read a really depressing book to remind me of how good my life really is.
Then, when I can't go through with it, I realise that I must enjoy something about my life! :D
or it gets ended.

can't beat fresh air and the countryside (especially in the Chilterns).
--for a regular chat, not just needily like "CHEER ME UP!" but it does the trick. (or at least it does when you've become phonecall-deprived and usually talk by way of email/IMing since school started, not really as much otherwise, actually.)
i am actually in the middle of making somethign for a friend, and the mothers day card so...i guess thats positive.
- play guitar loud to something kickass
- go out and drink and talk to girls and make them laugh
- do some exercise
- watch something silly on TV like Dog the Bounty Hunter or Discount Wrestling
- Go through my phone looking for someone to send slutty texts to.
Or if you're really clever, do both at once.
Listen to hundred reasons
or drink myself stupid. nothing like a depressant to chase the blues away.
