I've been thinking about this loads recently. If your parents are getting older and there isn't anyone (such as you or relatives) to look after them would you put them in a home? Or would you pay for home nursing if you could afford it? Or would you have them move in with you and you'd look after them?

Visiting relatives in care homes is incredibly depressing. They don't remember who you are, the overpowering smell of piss and old people, the knowledge that one day it'll be you sat there being spoon fed mush, wetting your pants.

Are you prepared for the eventuality?
