i remember a few years back my wee brother told me that him and his mates had been in a club, mcgeady came over to one of his mates girlfriends and stated sleazing onto her, and when she told him that she had a boyfriend, and that he was standing right there, his response was "i make more in a week than he makes in a year, you should get rid of him". also, the fact that he chose to play for ireland and not scotland, ouch.

Look at James McCarthy at Hamilton - one of the best talents around, being head hunted by Liverpool, ManYoo and Celtic yet Scotland have never pulled their finger out to call him up at ANY level. Should stay at Celtic for at least two more years, round off his play.
Can't really see him fill his potential if he goes to England too early, he'll either get played out of position or won't be a regular in any premiership squad and just turn into a sperm.
