Okay I think (can't emphasise that enough) I'm going to quit smoking. Have booked myself onto an NHS course beginning next month. Trouble is, I love smoking and am worried life may well suck without it. Especially going out on the piss, can't imagine not lighting up...

Can anyone offer some constructive advice/comments/success stories?

No self-righteous "smoking is pointless and kills you" remarks from people who have never smoked please - I know that, every smoker does, you don't need to drag your pedestal out...
