im seeing them tonight versus mighty Ireland. what can i expect?
Arsenal, Liverpool and Man U reserves probably.
One Man United player, one Arsenal player.
1 League 2 player (Lewis), and several Championship players too. Maybe Capello is inspiring a new dawn for English football after all?
...that there was unlikely to be many players from the big clubs.
Where is Scott Sinclair?
at the McAlpine (now the Galpharm Stadium) in Huddersfield. It was awful and Lampard showed about as much aptitude for football as he has in the past two years at international level.
except championship-standard football, only much, much duller
At least it's not the same 4 teams - well 3 if you discount the scousers who've not won the league for 20 years - battling for honours every season.
rather than league placings...
"only much, much duller" gambit
this season is far superior to anything at Pride Park, The Riverside or Craven Cottage for starters.
I think you have entertaining mixed up with quality to be honest.
Dull as dishwater to watch, but pretty effective.
So are Chelsea.
He never really started becoming the player he is when he joined Chelsea. I thought £11m was a lot of money for him at the time, Ranieri obviously saw his potential though.
and was mince
Nick Abendanon. He didnt quite make the full squad so he might be playing the under 21s instead.....
You'll piss your sen laughing when YOU SEE ME
I'm behind the goal at THE SAINT MARE-E
And I'm gonna be famous and ON TEE VEE
is this a serious question? It's not is it
when he was 35 years old.
Strange but true.
im going for free however, and i thought it might provide the basis for a funny story in some years to come. It probably wont though.
a ROFL or LOL for this.
AWESOME, he's still only seventeen.
given that England won 3-0. St Marys is shite too.
but you'd be wrong
did you see me?!!! I was sat front row, right behind the Ireland goal (in the first half).
In the first half, not much happened and I got soacked by the rain. In the second half, lots happened but it was all down the other end of the pitch. Twas fun though, football is good yes?
Are you James Milner? If so, then yes, I did see you - your 'second' goal was a good'un as well. Well done.
Lennon looked good again - his all round game is really coming on - he uses his pace to track back loads now. I love him. Huddlestone looked good as well. Dunno about the rest.
and he's a giant of a man too. Huge!
What happened with Milner's first goal, did it get a deflection? From where i was sat it just looked like the keeper was being lame.
oh, and no i'm not Milner, that would be silly. But he looked quite good too.
is even scarier in real life. And i loved the single baloon floating slowly accross the pitch towards hart.
he's lovely. The definition of gentle giant.
