as a partner thread to the 'little things that annoy you...." thread i have decided to post a list of what i consider to be my most important life rules (starting with the most important of them all)

1) ex's friends and friend's exes are out of bounds. DO NOT GO THERE.
2) your own exes are out of bounds. s/he is your ex for a reason. DO NOT GO BACK THERE.
3) if something has the tiniest possibility of being fun then do it. DO NOT SAY NO. (borrowed from vice magazine)
4) do not go in before the other person comes out. JUST WAIT. (also borrowed from vice magazine)
5) clever music is for at home and at gigs. clubs should play party music and music for dancing (not always dance music) at all times. POP MUSIC IS A GOOD THING
