Its 'scary' to think that the human being is equipped with feeling that 'anything is possible' and this also refers to doing 'bad things' or just silly things like dropping your trousers in a meeting or butchering occupants of a nightbus picking up under Kingsland Road viaduct. This, I believe is 'the Will to Power', which surely only common sense and a modicum of propriety keeps in check when it comes to doing something socially unacceptable.

yesterday near Westminster I walked past a policeman talking to someone with his back turned to me and he had a revolver unstrapped in a holster and I just thought 'how easy it would be to take it out and say 'I think you dropped this', but could you imagine what would happen to me, or worse still if someone more unbalanced decided to do the same but for a darker agenda?
