Film: Daft Punk's 'Electroma'

Rose-Kitten [Edit] [Delete] 16 replies 12:24, 24 January '08

So I'm going to see this tomorrow at a midnight screening at the ICA with some 'real world' friends and was wondering if anyone from here has seen it? Any views?

        • Ace film

I have the DVD and would love to see it on a big sceen late at night. Its a feast for your eyes and suprisingly moving in a robotic kind of way. Have a good time.

        • I thought it was boring as hell

until the final scene which is ace

          • It aint a high speed robo romp

It is kind of like ambient music for your eyes. The story isn't handed to you on a plate, you kind of make the story up for you self as it goes along. It isn't to every ones taste I'm sure. I found it pretty cool. I love the visuals.

            • Half my camp will love it, the other half will hate it.

I've been quite 'visual' of late, so this suits my mood purrrfectly.

I find bits of it funny to.... the look of it is so cool with the sun bleached atmosphere and a realy nice room thats all white.... you will see any way.

                • I enjoyed it

but I wouldn't want to watch it again anytime soon. There was a bit too much walking..

        • my

Good film with some boring bits. Nice fanny-shot.
