I 'noted' on Saturday that since the smoking ban was introduced in order to let us live forever (thanks 'fellas', want my Asphyx* as well?), at least 4 of my friends have started again. How do you explain that, geek nannys?

I also went to a cllub for the first time in ages and noted that the fantastic 60s garage music they were playing didn't sound or feel the same without a smoggy fuggy atmosphere, in face it felt like I was at a networking event at work but with a record player instead of a tray of Vol-au-vents.

The pub smelt nice though.
