It's a very long shot, but can someone hit me with a really good stuffed aubergine recipe? I would like to use lamb, preferably.
I bought one from a supermarket in paris a while ago and it was SO nice. I have a sudden urge to recreate it. The good thing about this aubergine was that ther top had been cut off, the aubergine hollowed out, and the lid replaced, leading to a moist and delicious aubergine.
I love aubergines.
