Basically over her time keeping. I know its well lame and unimportant to me but if my boss finds out how often she has been late i will get in shit because i'm her 'supervisor'.

Do you think i should send her an e-mail saying i need to have a word in private? I don't want to march her into the office infront of everyone?

And do you think i should tell her that my boss is giving me grief about it even though he isn't (yet)?

Or should i just get on with it and stop being a pussy?
