I'm trying to send some artwork to the printers. I sent the pdfs and they said the fonts had been 'thrown out' and replaced with courier default.

I sent them again and now they say:

>got the artwork, but you've sent me the same PDF's that didn't work

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? I have stuffit expander, but I don't know about compressing files. What shall I do? Theo?
