whilst air-sparring and looking into the mirror. it will get you so motivated you won't ever have nerves again.
go to bed and think of other things abd listen to relaxing music - if your mind is still racing, stay in bed. getting up will not help you. if you can't sleep, resting and staying still is nearly as effective.

and keep hydrated.
non-zombie orientated video games.
listeing to chill out music (or whatever other genre that might cool your anxiety) with lit candles, incence sticks and burning essential oils around you (lavender or patchoulli are pretty relaxing).
it keeps you focussed. i wouldn't have done half as well in exams if i didn't get nervous.
