Whilst cleaning my room today I managed to give myself an almighty bit of lower back pane. So far I've tried a hot bath, that ibuprofen rub on stuff, ibuprofen tablets and the mega painkillers I have for migraine. All have had little effect. I may try drinking the bottle of Blossom Hill my neighbour bought me for Christmas but any better suggestions?
