Pickled things are great, aren't they? I am certainly very fond of pickled cucumbers, onions and cabbage not to mention the enigmatically named, but delicious sandwich staple - "pickle".
Recently I have been considering how nice it would be to try pickling some other things too. Does anyone know how to go about this?
