Y'know, friends of The Bride wouldn’t trade Christmas for all the Poinsettia in Mexico and we know this special season climbs your evergreen pretty high, too. As the rush to fulfil this year’s gift quota continues apace, what better place to spend a precious shopping eve than – well - inside a shop?

Puregroove Records (679 Holloway Road, near Archway Tube) epitomises all that’s pure and groovy about the Christmas Season and FoTB will be setting up shop from 6pm tomorrow night with Noah and The Whale dropping down the chimney for their shift shortly after.

It’s all part of Puregroove’s honest and joyous ‘Festive-Al’ event, so pour the hot toddy, sink those crumb-crushers into another mince pie and fill that basket with vinyl giftage (our new single – ‘So, You think You Can Dance?’ makes the perfect stocking-filler for the more flat-footed amongst us) as you listen to the reverent, reflective strains that herald another glorious FoTB Christmas!
