They love how much I spend with them and in turn give me loads of crap.
I love their reliable BlackBerry service.
I love the coverage area - second to none.
I love their customer service - quick, efficient and helpful.

And now, I love their broadband too. Insanely fast (though I am only 200m from my exchange - very handy on an ADSL2+ line) - I'm getting 2.6MB/s downloads and 240k/s uploads on BitTorrent, it was fast on being activated and it's cheaper than Virgin, who were SHIT.
