i would say the mighty chocolate digestive (cadbury's version), followed by a malted milk. mmmmmmmm soggy goodness.
chocolate ones are harder to eat, and melt, thus shortening the time allowed for dunking.
Anyone who eats rich tea ought to be hung.
bite off both ends and use as a mighty rectangular chocolate straw. sorted.
better... and preferred.
i had this in mind when i thought of it and in fact had to alter it to suit these shores as i originaly discovered this using Tim Tams in Australia but i thought people would think that was wierd/made-up
chocolate-covered rich tea right this minute. they're actually good.
made by fox's.
crunch creams are ace, as are those 'original' ones which are nearly the same. although a bit sickly.
= supreme rulers of the biscuit empire.
thats their name as well as an accurate description, they're covered in sugar and stay sugary sweet even after dunkage
Nothing goes down better than a Rich Tea.
All the way.
is this not obvious?
an all round amazing biscuit.
I say anything with dark chocolate on it mmmm
Has anyone seen the Peter Kay stand up about this debate? It's really quite funny.
Referenced in Peep Show as "expensive german biscuits"
but I should add that only the "milk chocolate" variety
Dark and/or Orange. Just don't cut the mustard. In fact Orange is appropriate for those who have no sugar in their tea
a chocolate rich tea, i like to lick off some melted chocolate before consuming the biscuit.. mmmm
i have no idea what they're called, but my brother bought them back from iceland (the country, not the shop)-they're like a super heavy-duty rich tea, only gorgeous and dead thick, with the longest dunking hang-time i've EVER seen..
the worst probably the Hob-nob
it's salty taste just goes odd with tea and pointlessness all round
TIM TAMS AND PENGUINS ARE THE SAME THING
the answer is the chocolate covered hobnob
the best tea-dunking biscuit (and dare i say it, the best biscuit FULL STOP) is the McVitie's Chocolate Digestive with a layer of Caramel inside.
i'll walk you through it: you've got your cuppa. it's too hot to drink. you want to dunk? sure. but the biscuit crumbles if your reactions aren't lightning fast - in comes the caramel layer: it keeps the biscuit whole, while you saturate the biscuit with tea to your heart's content. and moreover, it tastes fucking amazing.
this is the best biscuit in the world, bar none.
except for the crumbs! I made the mistake of eating one on my bed- crumbs everywhere!
