my (vegetarian) friend's parents own the place and she ensured me that it was 'safe'.
and i think you've got to kind of pick your battles when it comes to stuff like that, anyway.

buddhists can cook well. the best vegetarian food in the world is chinese based...you cannot say the same about the best meat based food in the world. you have a lot to learn, which is exciting!

based surely with meat and or cheese...and saying it is pasta gives the wrong impression...its more like a gyoza or something....do you boil then fry yours then dip in sour cream?
